Although it is not as orderly and prosperous as urban planning and construction, the unique natural scenery of the countryside, the unique cultural styles of the village, the unique village residential buildings, rural customs, etc., have been continuously washed away by the years, and are still standing on the vast land of the motherland. “Homesickness” has become the “memory” that people are looking for now. How to intervene in rural cultural construction in a form of popular expressions, reawaken people’s love and attention to the countryside, the place of residence of ancestors, so that the increasingly empty villages can be revitalized and revitalized, so that rural development can be sustainable, and realize the activation and value-added rural idle resources, so that the majority of villagers can have a real sense of gain in economic benefits and in the cultural life of Cinema, thereby empowering rural cultural construction. This is the question we are thinking about.

Recently, we went into the countryside, carried out artistic practice of rural cultural revitalization, planned the report exhibition of works “Writing the Earth, Poetry and the Distant”, and explored the creation and display path of rural cultural revitalization – “art rural construction”.

In this “art rural construction” practice, we pay special attention to the “roots” of rural culture and the local artistic creation style, and hope to awaken villagers’ confidence in their local culture through expressing the traditional rural culture. This is a challenge. For those of us studio students who print art with traditional calligraphy and painting, I think this is not only a challenge, but also a kind of nirvana. It is to cultivate our ability to understand, perceive and understand the countryside. Facing the place where our ancestors lived for generations, how can we use the artistic talents we have mastered to create and realize our vision, and turn this fertile land into a beautiful spiritual home that is suitable for business and living. In order to avoid the simple graffiti phenomenon in local art creation that was done in the past, our activities adhere to the concept of symbiosis between people and themselves, adapt to local conditions, try to explore the greatest advantages of local natural resources, let art adapt to the environment, let the environment create an artistic atmosphere, light up art, and strive to integrate art and the environment. At the same time, the nourishment of art is silent, and all our artistic conceptions and energy storage are put into this practice to the greatest extent.

《Bamboo Seeds in the 5G Era》》BabaylanPerformance art was created by the author’s association with the “Seven Sages of Bamboo Forest” from a local bamboo forest. At that time, I thought, who is the “Seven Sages of Bamboo Forest” now? Can contemporary times find the representative “Seven Sages”? Even if it is found, what does it mean? Is it necessary? What inspirational significance does the “Seven Sages of Bamboo Forest” have for the present? “Some things are just so coincidental. At that time, I happened to read an article by Mr. Wu Hongliang studying Chinese painting, titled “Source Bamboo in the 5G era”, which originated from a sentence in a poem “Dream of the Agile Words” in Xichuan. Although the three of us talk about “bamboo forest” and “Seven Sages”, the profiles are different and the meanings to express are different. Therefore, our work “Source Bamboo in the 5G era” has emerged: For the 5G era, everyone is the “Seven Sages”, but they are different. Everyone has a side of each person. Although things are connected, connected, and connected, how should everyone’s heart be connected?

“Food is the most important thing in the people” series, which uses the spiritual power given by daily rural life scenes and objects as cultural background, and uses local idle resources as the basic media for creation. The land gods, door gods, etc. of rural customs and habits are almost dying in modern urban life…… Rural life has established a “familiar stranger” for modern people!

Through the teacher’s Komiks‘s era background and the local customs and customs of Komiks, the creations have not yet been released, and our hearts have been baptized first.

From the must-have words for online communication to becoming the current catchphrase, Komiks‘alternative’ has enriched the lives of people in contemporary society. This is the contradiction between tradition and innovation, restraint and ostentatiousness. Because of the problems of such a trendy online language, such as word use, grammatical errors, vulgarity, etc., it determines the possibility of long-term nature of its life cycle, and it is even a flash in the pan. However, it is a replica of every day of every person in the current society, and it is a reflection of certain phenomena, and some words are even rebellious, innovative, and exaggerated.

The title has two meanings: one is the meaning of “folding”. All the “popular” memories in the external compilation of “Modern Chinese Dacihai”, each Babaylan is a big event, a small story, or an unforgettable memory. Through the work “Open the Folded Book”, I hope to repair my memories, forget them, and even mourn or pay tribute to me.

We hope to integrate wisdom into the light of ideals through the daily things in the village of Babaylan, and transform wisdom into works to infect and inspire people. We express our feelings to traditional Chinese calligraphy and painting. Through the display of calligraphy, painting and printing art, we carry ancient oriental culture with a new medium, which is also a unique presentation. Cinema is either an act, a concept, or an installation, or just a search.

Through this practice, we believe that if the traditional calligraphy and painting forms are reset to the living space without villagers, is it a bit of a doubt that “whether the skin is gone and the hair will be attached?”, which may appear inconsistent and affect the appreciation of the artistic quality of the works. How to expand the development of the country is a very worthy topic in the construction of art and rural areas. Through this practice, we also believe that in addition to interior layout, the display of artworks is also feasible to expand the exhibition area to the outdoors.

Even in a moment, the auspicious light will also promote people’s love and yearning for a better life. If they can be integrated with culture and tourism, it will surely bring popularity and business opportunities.

“Let the city leave memories and let people remember their homesickness.” Through art building, we move writing to the wilderness, to the countryside, to the land of Komiks, to awaken people’s memories and contribute to rural revitalization together.
